Return & Cancellation Policy


Generally, we will glady replace or repair, free of charge, any reasonable defects in our products. It is understood that variations of size, color and / or patterns are characteristic of art quality and are not considered defects. Additionally, if your personalized items are found to have copy errors that were made by our production facility, we will be happy to replace the item with the correct copy.

Regretfully, custom designed items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Returns & Replacements - Non Personalized Items

All merchandise that has not been personalized is sold with a thirty (30) day money back guarantee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Products must be returned undamaged, in all original packaging and in good condition. Damage and misuse are not covered.

Quantity Changes / Cancellations

If changes in quantity or cancellations are received prior to production, there will be no additional charges. If production is already in progress, additions will be treated as a new order and cancellations may be subject to a materials charge plus the art charges already incurred. Any change in an order may alter the scheduled shipping date. Total cancellations of orders will be charged all costs incurred prior to receiving written cancellation requests.
